How do I fix the cladding?

Cut the panel to the required size then apply adhesive to the back of each panel and then position it on to suitable smooth substrate, alternatively batten out the walls and ceiling then staple or screw the panel to the batten, fix where the tongue and groove meet to hide the fixing.
